Creative Web Designer / Developer

Essential: HTML/XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop, Flash
Desirable: Drupal (including theme development), Subversion, PHP, AJAX, mobile interfaces, fondness for tea

We are looking for a creative web designer / developer with rock solid site building skills and a sharp eye for design.

You should have at least 2 years experience creating web sites and applications using W3C standards, experience mocking up pages and interfaces in Photoshop (or similar software), and ideally some experience with flash and javascript for interactivity.

It would be especially useful if you also have knowledge of creating templates for Content Management Systems (such as Drupal) and experience with server side languages like PHP.
